JOB OVERVIEW

Senarath Group is looking for an experienced Asphalt Business Manager to drive business growth, develop new project opportunities, manage client relationships, and oversee asphalt operations and project performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identification and acquisition of Small, Medium & Large Projects of Asphalt Business.

Developing strong relationships with Construction parties.

Coordination Asphalt Plant Production & Dispatch Process.

Management of Asphalt Laying Supervisors and Internal Teams.

Coordination and performance management of Third-Party Laying Teams.

Project Measurement, Billing & Collection Coordination.

Customer Relationship Management.

Competitor & Market Analysis.

Full P&L and Profitability Responsibility.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirements:

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Engineering or Technical related field.

Technical Skills:

Proven experience in Asphalt / Road Construction / Infrastructure projects

Strong knowledge of Asphalt Plants, Pavers, and related equipment

Strong Business Development and Commercial Management skills

Experience:

Minimum 8–10 years' relevant Industry Experience

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team-management capability

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Strong customer relationship management skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure
