JOB OVERVIEW

Senarath Group is looking for an experienced Engineer in Building Construction with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil/Construction Engineering and 2–5+ years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of construction drawings, BOQ, building codes, materials, and project sequences. Special expertise in renovation, reconstruction, and modification of buildings such as warehouses and yards is highly valued. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project is essential, along with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills to work closely with stakeholders and ensure project success.

Educational Requirements:

Strong understanding of construction drawings,BOQ
