The Technical Sales Manager – Asphalt will lead business development and sales of asphalt, road materials, and construction chemicals. The role requires building strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and infrastructure project teams while providing technical solutions and driving revenue growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage sales of asphalt materials and related products.
Identify new business opportunities in government/infrastructure projects.
Provide technical support and advice to clients.
Achieve sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Travel frequently to meet customers and project stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
In-depth understanding of asphalt materials, road construction, and project practices.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, reporting tools).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales (asphalt, road materials, or construction chemicals).
Proven track record in sales for government/infrastructure projects.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and client relationship management.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Age below 40 years.
