Troubleshoot machinery and implement process improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of mix designs and plant operations.
Skilled in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years managing a batching plant.
